How To Order

We accept payment through this website, by telephone on our freephone number or by post. We also attend a large number of events around the country, these are always listed in advance on the front page.

If you require international postage please DO NOT just place an order through the website. Email us with which items are to be sent to which country and we will be happy to work out the exact postage cost.

Order through the website

Every item on this site has a button marked Add to Basket. If you wish to buy the item, click this button and it will be added to your online Shopping Basket. For items where there is a choice of colours you will need to select a colour from the drop-down menu before clicking Add to Basket.

You can view your Shopping Basket at any time by selecting 'My Basket' from the menu on the left hand side (NB: this option only appears once you have something in the basket). Once you have picked everything you want, go to the Shopping Basket and click Proceed To Checkout.

Postage and packing is calculated automatically by the Shopping Basket. If your order is above £100 then all postage costs are on us! (UK only)

Credit or debit card payments are handled by the online banking merchant Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to do this, you simply need your debit or credit card details in front of you. If you have any problems give us a ring on 0800 043 0059 (see opening hours below) or email us by clicking order@tilefish.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Our freephone number is 0800 043 0059 and we are happy to take card payments over the phone using our secure Streamline terminal here. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm. You can also ring on a Saturday daytime but we will sometimes be away at Scrabble events!
